Membership

Membership is available to all those who have undergone surgery resulting in a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy. Associated membership is available to other interested persons

Appliances can only be provided to those who have joined an ostomy association.

Following an operation, the stomal therapy nurse will assist in this regard.

• Overseas visitors requiring ostomy assistance may purchase Appliances from the Association for further information refers to: www.australianstoma.com.au and follow the appropriate links.

Membership fees are paid annually before 30 th June each year.

YOU MUST BE FINANCIAL TO RECEIVE APPLIANCES.

Accounts may paid by Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order, Cash or Direct Debit (quoting your Membership No and Name)

Membership Fees are paid once a year before the 30th of June

Membership $50.00 Pensioners $35

All orders to be mailed out must be accompanied by a Cheque or Money Order to cover postage $8.00 Vic $10 Interstate or have been prepaid.
